3Media URLs You Submit

When you submit a media URL, we process that URL as necessary to provide the requested Service. Processing may include:

• identifying the requested media;
• retrieving available media information; and
• providing the requested downloading functionality.

As with any online service, a submitted URL may also be involved in temporary technical processing or in records maintained by hosting or infrastructure providers during ordinary operation. V Download does not maintain a user account system in which your submitted URLs are linked to a personal profile.

4Downloaded Files

V Download is not intended to provide personal cloud storage or user accounts. Files made available through the Service are prepared temporarily on the Service's server, delivered once, and provided for you to save to your own device.

V Download does not operate a personal file library on your behalf, and no account is required in order to receive a file. Prepared files are deleted automatically shortly after the download has been delivered, and files from failed or abandoned jobs are removed by periodic cleanup; they are not kept as personal copies for you.

5Personal Files and User Content

V Download does not require you to upload your personal photos, videos, documents, or other personal files in order to use the core downloader.

The Service is based on processing the media URLs that you choose to submit.

6IP Address and Technical Information

Like most web services, the Service's server automatically receives your IP address when your browser makes a request. V Download uses your IP address only for operational and security purposes: to apply rate limits, to detect and prevent abuse, and in request and error logs used to operate and debug the Service.

V Download does not use your IP address to build user profiles or to track you across other websites, and it is not linked to a personal profile, because the Service has no account system.

When a website is accessed, other technical information (such as browser and device details) may also be processed automatically. Some of this may be handled by hosting, infrastructure, or other third-party services, including the font provider described below. V Download does not control the practices of those independent third parties, and you should review their applicable privacy policies.

7Cookies and Similar Technologies

V Download's own website code does not set first-party cookies. The Service requires no login session, no account, and no saved preferences, so no cookies or similar identifiers are needed for the Service itself to work.

Resources loaded from third-party providers (such as the font provider described below) may cause your browser to contact those providers, and any cookies or similar technologies involved are governed by the relevant provider’s own privacy policy and settings. You may manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings where applicable.

8Advertising

V Download is provided free of charge. No advertising provider is currently integrated into the Service, and no advertisements are currently displayed on the website.

The Service is intended to be supported by advertising. If an advertising provider is introduced, this Policy will be updated to describe the provider and the information it may process before or at that time.

V Download does not create personal advertising profiles itself, and no advertising cookies or similar identifiers are currently set.

9Analytics

V Download does not load analytics scripts, and no analytics provider is integrated into the website.

10Third-Party Services

The Service currently uses the following third-party services: the webfont provider Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which your browser contacts when loading the pages in order to fetch the Inter typeface. These are the only third-party resources loaded by the website itself.

When the Service processes a submitted media URL, media information or thumbnails may also be requested from the relevant third-party platform or its content delivery network, depending on the source.

Such providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. V Download does not control, and is not responsible for, the privacy practices of independent third parties.

11Third-Party Websites and Platforms

V Download may process URLs that point to third-party websites or platforms, and the media you process may itself link to other third-party websites.

V Download does not own, control, or operate those third-party websites and does not control their privacy practices. You should review the privacy policies and terms of the relevant third-party services before using them.

12Data Retention

V Download does not maintain user accounts or a personal download-history system. Because there are no user accounts, there is no account record that we retain on an ongoing basis for your use of the Service.

Downloaded files are prepared temporarily on the Service's server and are deleted automatically shortly after the transfer completes; files from failed or abandoned jobs are removed by periodic cleanup. Download job records (such as file name, file size, and delivery status) are kept only as long as needed to deliver the result and are then discarded according to the Service's queue retention settings. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.

These periods follow the Service's current technical configuration rather than a fixed legal retention schedule, and they may change if the configuration changes. Information handled by hosting, infrastructure, or other third-party services is subject to those providers' own retention practices.

13Data Security

V Download uses reasonable measures to help protect information handled through the Service.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and V Download does not guarantee that information will be free from all unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
